We take responsibility for our products and our services:
If your jewelry from Gold'n Treasures has damage resulting from a manufacturing or design defect, we will repair or replace the item.
If you purchased your jewelry at Gold'n Treasures, we will charge for necessary repair or maintenance work only if it is due to normal wear or damage not resulting from a manufacturing or design defect.
We are happy to clean and inspect your jewelry for loose stones and wear at any time, without charge – whether or not your jewelry was purchased at Gold'n Treasures.
Your responsibility:
Allow us to professionally clean and preventively inspect your pieces of fine jewelry at least once every six months – without charge.
Your jewelry should be periodically appraised (appraisal updated every three - five years) by a Gemologist to assure proper coverage for replacement in case of loss or theft.
Protect your fine jewelry investment by adding a rider to your renters' or homeowners' insurance policy. This policy should cover theft, loss and accidental damage.
